Our Story

Masala Twist Group was founded in 2010 in Scotland and is best known for its modern yet authentic Indian cuisine, served with a local Scottish twist.

We pride ourselves on offering a broad range of Indian dishes — from street food and tandoori grills to regional cuisines from across India — prepared using the finest spices and locally sourced produce. Our style blends traditional Indian cooking with creative twists.

The group is hailed for serving “Proper Indian Food”, inspired by both Indian homes and street stalls, with menus that change and adapt across our five locations.
